Ready-To-Use Community Platform

Connect needs, helpers and communities.

Give your community one shared place to publish urgent needs, offer support and follow the status of local help on an interactive map.

Coordination, not more noise

During a crisis, scattered information becomes another problem.

Messages, social posts and spreadsheets may show that people need help. But they rarely provide a clear overview of where support is needed, what is already being handled and what remains unresolved.

HelpMap turns individual updates into one shared, location-based picture.

Valencia Flooding 2024

Built from a real emergency

After devastating floods struck Valencia in 2024, a local initiative launched an interactive aid map based on Open User Map.

The platform connected people requesting help with volunteers offering food, shelter, transport and practical assistance. It grew into a central coordination point used by thousands of participants and received widespread public and media attention. That experience became the foundation for HelpMap.

In the middle of the chaos, this tool gave our community structure. Within hours, we had a live map where people could ask for or offer help — and it just worked. The support we got to adapt the platform to our needs was incredible. We couldn’t have coordinated thousands of volunteers and requests without it.
