Can I use my existing orders?
Yes. You can import your order history and process it in the background. New orders can also be processed automatically. Larger histories may take time to appear on the map.
Will the public map reveal customer details?
Public maps group locations by city or country. They do not display customer names, individual addresses or order details. You can use the private dashboard without adding a public map to your website.
Is this real-time visitor tracking?
No. Customer Reach Map uses WooCommerce order data. It updates as orders are processed or synced, helping you explore geographic patterns rather than monitor live website visitors.
